江孟芝 I MengChih Chiang An artist, author, runner and educator. 旅美設計師 / 作家 / 研究所講師 / 跑者。目前在紐約工作。 _ 土生土長台灣屏東縣屏東市人。母親一人獨立撫養三個小孩長大，家境清苦，22歲後堅持不花家裡一分一毛，24歲考取教育部留學獎學金獨自赴紐約視覺藝術學院(School of Visual Arts)攻讀電腦藝術碩士，經濟獨立自己籌措留學學費與紐約生活費，並在27歲時以一己之力還清135萬留學貸款，隨後一肩擔負起家計在美籌措雙親的醫療費，是一個鄉下女生從留學到紐約工作的奮鬥故事。 _ Meng Chih Chiang was born in Pingtung, Taiwan. Due to the poverty of her family, she have never spent a penny from parents since she’s 22. In 2011, Meng won Studying Abroad Scholarship, Ministry of Education, Taiwan to School of Visual Arts, MFA Computer Art in New York. During the studying abroad period, she was financially independent and responsible for school tuition and living expense totally by herself. At age 27, she have paid off $45, 000USD for student load.
